I've always just read the forum. but now I had to register.
the fact is that I registered with fortunejack. made a 52mbtc deposit
I made 3 bets on my account and won all of them. on my account the balance became 102mbtc

then I tried to withdraw part of the winnings. but the bookmaker sent an email saying that I am linked to other accounts!
And that I must admit it myself!

But I don’t know any other accounts! I made the usual bets! If I wanted to bet more money, I would simply increase the amount of the bet!

I am asking you to explain how my accounts are linked? why did you send me such a letter?
Or is it just another routine check? so I was  answered in the chat. "you just have to wait, this is a standard check ..."

What did I do that you decided to take everything away from me?
All my bets were fair and made before the match started! All bets were placed on the Champions League!

Please give my money!

I also want to note that I had no problems with the bets. I could probably lose everything. and could have won even more. But the problem only happened when I asked to withdraw some of my money!

As always Ronado proved to be a great pick, Morata was really a big surprise because he wasn't really considered at first. I would say last night has been one of the most active football nights in recent memory, this pandemic probably had just one good thing in the world and that is giving us many games very frequently all back to back and even at the same time as well.

Champions league has always been around the same days but usually had like one or two night difference, now we are seeing like 10+ games a night. If you think that you were scammed, then open the scam accusation thread (you can find it as a subboard of Trading Discussion).
Usually, they let you to bet and do other things, it happens on every casino, they check accounts when there is the time of withdrawing, so don't look at it like a scammy way, FJ isn't that type of casino. The problem in your case may be that either your family member has created account there, you may used shared internet connection or you may used VPN that offers shared IPs instead of dedicated ones.

Contact them or you know how you should act if you have proofs! Your issue will be solved!

I just created an account on this forum just to share this, I am on this site. and deposited  some amount 0.03BTC  and im winning.. so i withdraw 0.02 and it was instant...   and since im winning i decide to withdraw my 2nd 0.02 and now its not instant anymore and need to wait without any accurate answer when they release... as being firstimer on this site as far as i know i must have a good first experience than having a nervous experience.. because i experienced this before on other site, when you are winning they keep delay..  this is really bad because i badly need btc.....

and by giving Un-accuarate answer.. No timeframe is not good experience..  saying we will let you know. "when"?

there is no one from my family who has an account in fortunejack.
and of course I use a proxy, because half of the sites in Russia are blocked. and all russian clients use proxy, coz this site is blocked!

but the strange thing is that the bookmaker named even the accounts that are not familiar to me! and said there was a connection between them!
I don't know where the connection comes from. I can only guess!

I got Zero point for the matchday 4 unfortunately, I thought picking most players from Liverpool would be the best idea since they did very well in the first 3 matchday but something happened unexpectedly on the matchday 4 where Atalanta made a surprise by beating them by 0-2 at Anfield. My worst result obviously, lesson learned from this experience is that I should not pick players from one team only.

This is exactly what happened to me on the first day of Matchday because I didn't know anything and I was just a first timer in this field. You are right that this is a lesson and this is also the first thing I learned from participating in it. But something worse happened to my team today in this recent round because the result was negative. Next week is next, so I should just form a new team on Tuesday.

That is only a suggestion and that is the proper way to do although it's also good to post it here but the proper one is to contact them on their site since for sure on their you can get a faster communication to their technical support.

Also don't feel bad or get angry to those users suggest on what is the best thing to do although we understand what you feel right now since we experience that before in the other site. Best to have a patience since maybe FJ is sorting out some issues so maybe yours will be solve soon.

again.. I deposited 0.03BTC.. and my first withdrawal of 0.02 was instant but when i have winning streak and current balance is 0.15BTC  2nd withdrawal become pending..
seriously its not a problem with me having a pending withdrawal because i understand it... But for first timer on this site this is not a good experience because i got my first withdrawal instantly but winning good streak and good amount getting delay..

Me i didnt receive any email like yours infact i receive my 1st withdrawal instantly. But when i got big winning streak my 2nd withdrawal get pending without any reason. If you have been able to contact their support to convey your problem, it means that you have done your part and that is enough, now they have to do their part. If you haven't gotten their answer right away, it's okay to post it here in their thread but only once and not over and over. Because I also sat in that situation and it was resolved immediately. Just try this too if you are not convinced by the answer you get in their support: PM the representative of this thread or the OP and let him know your user ID/username/e-mail so he can check your account.

Maybe the problem is with the web browser being used. Brave is my default browser now and it's fine. In the past, this was the problem and it was okay with Firefox, but now it's the other way around.

I would appreciate very much if we could see our teams for previous game weeks with the points each player got us as well as complete results.

What we do so that we do not forget who the players we choose in the line up every matchday we take a screenshot. Do the same.
