Thank you very much for the fast response. I feel a lot better knowing that you have confirmed this is just a temporary site-wide issue and that it is being worked on. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about your site and only posted this because I couldn't find any information on this as well as to confirm that the problem wasn't on my end.

Just want to update that I have received my withdrawal with no issues. Thank you to Tornike as well as all the FJ support staff, who I'm sure were overwhelmed for the past 24 hours.

As I said in my initial post, I've had nothing but great experiences with FortuneJack and the way this issue was resolved was no different. If anything, I feel like I should apologize for my impatience, but my emotions got the best of me and I got worried that something was wrong.

There's just one thing that I believe I must put in front of you guys, that may have been conveyed already before. It's about the minimum withdrawal, I know that FortuneJack is a classic website with cream gamblers and always wants them to play more at the site to withdraw big. But won't it be great if you'd reduce it to BTC0.001 - BTC0.002 in order to let small gamblers like us take more advantage of this site?

Furthermore the withdrawal fees is a debatable thing, because while small gamblers like you and me would like it, but due to the fact that they cover the withdrawal fees I feel that they’re justified in keeping it to 0.004 BTC.

I do agree that if you are doing something like this, you have to take it seriously and they are taking it seriously by putting a cap in there.

If you want to drop it, that makes a bit sense but it can't be removed, there needs to be a withdrawal limit and if people gamble like 10k satoshi that is not acceptable for them to spend that much money. Hell the reality is that they are spending so much money for making it free that I think 0.01 as a limit would still be fine in my mind, if you do not want free withdrawals you can go gamble somewhere else and pay 50 bucks on withdrawal there, but here it is free and that means they are only declining small gamblers that doesn't really make them any money at all, whereas there are big gamblers that is happier here because they end up with a lot  more money thanks to not paying any fee at all hence they prefer here for that reason.

the wagering requirements is always something that can be a hard task but if you have to wager it 5 times its very reasonable i think the most problems appear with sign up bonus that are very high then you have to wager it a lot

Or maybe no one has succeeded in bringing the bonus out  unfortunately we cannot freely choose the game there are only a few games that are already reserved for bonus wagers. Yes 0.02btc for minimum withdrawal of the affiliate program is absolutely too high at the current rate.
Fortunejack should reduce it or switch the affiliate program payment system to the old system where the payment was automatically credited to user's FJ account.
But of course the consequence is that they should change the terms because they do not allow players to be affiliate since few years ago.
