Since I am a newbie, had no linked email, and low forum post count looks I will be ignored on the forum and by support. I had 400 chips on the account and never got to play because of the site being down. Now when it comes back up I can't log in. Well it let me log in once and wouldn't let me process a withdrawal because all of a sudden there was a bad login.
I can say the password I used was correct with 100% certainty. I had it backup on an encrypted folder, encrypted pen drive and written down. Why would it stop working for no reason?
If seals truly supported anonymity they could have chosen a different two factor authenticator apart from known data miner google.

If you don't want me to play on your site then at least let me withdraw my coins.
The more I search, the more similar stories I find and no resolution.
You will not be ignored. Email support. This is easily the best site out there for deposits and withdrawals. FTP, Stars, even the "real" sites back int he day were not this good. Show us a link to a thread (not including the last week during the ddos attack or any other down time) that they wouldn't process anyone's withdrawals? |

I know and appreciate that right now is an incredibly busy time for them. I don't want to come across as a bitch moaning all day long but I am pretty worried because the circumstances seem pretty strange. I waited patiently during the ddos attack and kept faith. When the site came up back I of course expected to be able to log in. Pretty worried now that I can't login with my correct password. Even stranger it allowed me to log in once and that's were the problem started. The email address I messaged them from isn't verified on my account. I didn't set up one up when I registered. From what I have read, if you don't have a verified email address linked to the account, they will not respond to you. |

Note, my cashout went through, probably minutes after my last post. I'm probably just going to redeposit it anyway. So people should not be having cashout problems at this point if my own cashout is reflective of how transactions are being processed.

From what I have read, if you don't have a verified email address linked to the account, they will not respond to you.
They might, it's worth a shot anyway. Good luck, hope you get your money. |

Gripe~site after going back up was fine no lag playing seemlesly. I am getting player with same ip at table when trying to join ring and I can assure I am not at a table. TOday I am lagging buttons aren't activating. When I go between lobby and games nothing happenes system is just unresponsive and dead. Pretty hard to play like that when buttons are not working and system is unresponsive and locked up .
Before the doss I was losing buttons got time clock when didn't request and had to constantly log out. Options refresh didn' t help. After system came back up after doss everything was working fine now its laggy system unresponsive.

It's down for everyone. I had 650 chips in tournaments. I have faith they'll handle it all correctly, it will just take time to deal with it and sort it out. Not like we can do anything about it anyway. I assume ST6 is on the case already.
