Can anything be done about all the empty tables in the lobby? Looking at PLO there are currently 7 empty tables at 50 PLO, 4 at 100 PLO and 8 at 200 PLO, this is for 6max and there are 9 handed empty tables as well.
To whom it may concern
open client and go to >Hold'em >No Limit > Micro there you will see so many tables and all with zero players. how can we get rid of those tables. to much scrolling for nothing.
hey guys / sorry about that but ST6 is testing some stuff and needs to leave 'em up for a bit longer for testing IMO sort by players at tables.

Yeh a decent spammer will just create a new account in seconds. So it basically just affects us normal players. I think back to an hour again should be ok or perhaps message limit bit higher or smth. Or ideally just set message limit bit higher for people who don't have newbiechat (average real annoying spammers are new accounts.)

I don't pay much attention to chat but I think it should be pretty free.
The one thing that I think should deserve a chat ban is berating fish at a cash table, especially after beating them in a hand.
I'm sure everyone already knows this but maybe some people just need to be reminded:
If a fish complains that you got lucky, don't point out the strategy of why you did what you did. Just say, "yeah sorry, I'm pretty hot today".
Some people seem to care more about proving how much they know than actually winning money.
Laughing at a guy for making a bad call or being too loose hurts everyone. The fish either quits, becomes self conscious and tightens up, or decides to work at getting better.
Even if a bad player beats you, just let it go. I know it's frustrating but your goal should be to keep the losing player at the table for as long as possible.
Losing players are your customer. You should be friendly with them. Take their money but leave them feeling like they had a good time and just got unlucky.
Tell them "nh" when they beat you. Tell them you got lucky when you beat them. Reassure them that you would have played it the same way they did.

@Micon/FreeMoney
is it allowed to buy the account of another player? or can this lead to problems with the SWC team?
(additional question, if it is allowed -> do you help with account sells? I want to make sure that the seller doesn´t scam me by retrieving his account details after i pay him...
Would you help by deleting any e-mail adresses from his account or even escrow the (small) BTC amount? )
Thank you.

I want to make sure that the seller doesn´t scam me by retrieving his account details after i pay him... No. Would you help by deleting any e-mail adresses from his account or even escrow the (small) BTC amount? ) No. Basically they allow it, but don't support it. You should make sure to buy only accounts from trusted sellers and use escrow if needed. FYI CardShark659 is pretty trusted in the btc poker community IMO (yet I almost never vouch for anyone, just fyi ) And for at least 30 days from the buy, your new account can be considered as joint ownership. So if the player who sold the account, is playing on a new account, and you are both playing at the same time, it could be considered as violation of the rules. As far as I know that _never_ happened yet, but in theory it means that you could get a problem with it. You can find more about that specific situation here: http://grindabit.com/index.php/topic,693.0.htmlIt is btw pretty common to trade accounts at seals. Real problems occur almost never (except for some scammers trying to sell accounts they don't have etc.) Most people are not even aware of this "joint ownership rule", but I figured I would share anyway

This is a pretty cute. If only the internet was always nice enough to say "thank you" in a kind voice whenever it took my money. Shit, I might let it do that even *more* often.
